Why students fail to crack competitive exam?



We start considering that the competition starts when a child takes admission in a school and it continues even after college. Whether, it is Bank job or Government job, competitive exam is the yardstick to examine a candidate's performance.

Most of the students fail to crack competitive exam because of several reasons. These are as follows:

Pattern of study
Candidates appearing for IBPS or IAS should not study in a pattern as they studied for the board exam. They should have depth know of the subject and syllabus. Simultaneously, they should consult with students who have cracked the competitive exam and enquire the study pattern.

Time management
Competitive exam is tool to examine the general knowledge and IQ level of the candidates.
Within a stipulated period of time, there are several objective questions being in a competitive exam. And the options are very similar. Students having full knowledge about the subject can the give the correct answer.

Negative marking
Negative marking is most peculiar reason due to which students score less marks in competitive exam. The best solution to avoid Negative marking is not to attempt questions you don't know.

Current Affairs
Most of questions set for competitive exam are from Current Affairs. Candidates appearing for competitive exam should have thorough knowledge about hardcore news and keep update themselves.
